Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by product — items marked "fast shipping" typically arrive in 3–7 business days, while standard-shipping items usually arrive in 8–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes — every order includes tracking. If your tracking number hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry; carriers sometimes take 48–72 hours to scan packages into their system.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at instarshipllc@gmail.com.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. See our Return Policy for details.
