We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at instarshipllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't ship items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
